1. Introduction

Welcome to ybaji. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "You") and ybaji (the "Company", "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our") governing your access to and use of the ybaji website, mobile interface, betting services, casino products, and all related services available at https://ybaji.io (collectively, the "Platform").

ybaji is an online betting and casino platform operated for the Bangladesh market. The Platform offers sports betting (with a primary focus on cricket), live casino games, slot games, crash games, and other gaming products. All services are delivered in English and all financial transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety;
• You accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and any future amendments;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of this Agreement;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately. Continued use of any feature of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

The ybaji Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or participate in any real-money betting or gaming activity on the Platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable.

ybaji employs age-verification procedures at the point of registration and at periodic re-verification checkpoints throughout your account lifecycle. We reserve the right to request documentary evidence of your age at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by an official Bangladesh authority.

2.2 Jurisdiction

By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and gaming is not prohibited for you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ybaji makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any location other than Bangladesh.

2.3 Personal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or self-exclusion arrangement that would prevent you from participating in gambling activities. By registering, you warrant that you are not a compulsive or problem gambler and that you are using the Platform for entertainment purposes only.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money features of ybaji, you must create an account through the official registration flow available on the Platform. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and preferred payment method details.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered ybaji account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ybaji will close all duplicate accounts and may permanently suspend the player's access to the Platform. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be confiscated.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

ybaji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud principles. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or account limits are raised:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID, passport, or driver's licence);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method (screenshot or transaction confirmation from bKash, Nagad, or other registered method);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by ybaji's compliance team.

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a withdrawal request may result in the withdrawal being declined and the account being suspended pending verification.

3.4 Account Credentials

Upon successful registration, you will create a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your ybaji account credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted under your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or by a third party using your credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

ybaji currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Cards: Visa, Mastercard (issued by Bangladesh banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and others)

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ybaji does not support transactions in foreign currencies. No currency conversion is required for players based in Bangladesh.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction via bKash or Nagad. The minimum deposit via Visa or Mastercard is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed at the point of deposit and may be adjusted based on your account verification status and responsible gaming settings.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, per day, and per week. Players who have not completed full KYC verification may be subject to lower withdrawal limits until verification is complete.

4.3 Processing Times

MFS deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your ybaji wallet within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Card deposits are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• MFS withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay): 1 to 2 hours on business days;
• Card withdrawals: 1 to 3 business days, subject to the issuing bank's processing schedule.

Processing times may be longer during periods of high platform activity, during public holidays (including Eid, Durga Puja, Victory Day, and Independence Day), or where additional compliance checks are required.

4.4 Transaction Fees

ybaji does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Your mobile financial service provider may apply their own standard transaction fees, over which ybaji has no control. Card transactions may be subject to fees imposed by the card network or your issuing bank.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete);
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be fully met;
• The withdrawal method must match a payment method previously used to deposit into your ybaji account (for anti-fraud purposes);
• Your account must be in good standing with no active investigation or restriction.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

From time to time, ybaji offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions (including offers tied to Pohela Boishakh, Eid, BPL season, T20 World Cup, and other events). All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the promotion is announced.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your ybaji account are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before the resulting real-money balance may be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the default wagering requirement for all ybaji bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates are:

• Slots (including Fortune Tiger): 100% contribution
• Live Casino table games (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi): 10% contribution
• Sports betting (Cricket, Football): 100% contribution
• Crash games (HRG Live, Spribe): 50% contribution

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your account, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds that remain incomplete at expiry will be forfeited without compensation.

5.4 Abuse and Fraud

ybaji reserves the right to void any bonus, free bet, or promotion and close any account where it reasonably suspects abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any activity designed to exploit the bonus system in a manner contrary to the spirit of the offer. Decisions made by ybaji in such cases are final.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 General Sportsbook Rules

All bets placed on the ybaji sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. Cricket betting — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers international matches, and domestic fixtures — is governed by standard cricket betting rules applicable to the specific competition and market type selected.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

ybaji reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at its absolute discretion, including for reasons of unusual stake size, suspected abuse, or technical error. A bet is only confirmed once you receive a bet confirmation with a unique reference number. Verbal, chat, or informal confirmations are not valid.

6.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event that a bet is accepted at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error, human error, or data feed malfunction, ybaji reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. "Obviously incorrect" means a price that materially deviates from the true market price at the time of betting. ybaji will notify affected players within 24 hours.

6.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during key match moments (wicket, review, DRS decision, injury stoppage). Bets placed during a market suspension may be voided at ybaji's discretion. It is the player's responsibility to confirm that a market is open and accepting bets before placing an in-play wager.

6.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and are displayed at the point of bet placement. ybaji reserves the right to adjust stake limits on any market at any time and may apply reduced limits to accounts that have demonstrated unusual betting patterns.

7. Casino and Slots Rules

All casino games (live casino, slots, crash games) available on ybaji are provided by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Red Tiger, and HRG Live. Each provider's games are governed by their own certified rules, which are accessible from within the game interface.

RNG (random number generator) games available on the ybaji platform are tested and certified for fairness by the respective game providers' certification bodies. ybaji does not operate or modify the game engines; it presents certified game content from licensed providers.

In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round or a crash game session, the round outcome will be determined by the game server's recorded state at the time of disconnection. ybaji is not responsible for outcomes caused by your internet connection failure or device interruption. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ybaji Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts;
• Using false, stolen, or borrowed personal details to register or verify an account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino table games;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the ybaji Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ybaji staff or other players through any communication channel.

9. Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your ybaji account. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time password (OTP) with any other person under any circumstances. ybaji support staff will never ask you for your account password.

ybaji employs SSL encryption across the entire Platform to protect data in transit. The Platform also employs device recognition technology and SMS-based one-time passwords to assist with account security. However, no security system is entirely infallible. You are encouraged to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other website or service;
• Enable all available second-factor authentication options within your account settings;
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices;
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account to [email protected] immediately.

10. Privacy and Data

ybaji collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at ybaji.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and platform use (including name, date of birth, mobile number, payment details, and betting history) is used solely for the purpose of operating your account, processing transactions, verifying identity, preventing fraud, and complying with applicable legal obligations. ybaji does not sell personal data to third parties.

11. Responsible Gaming

ybaji is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Online betting and casino gaming are entertainment activities and should never be viewed as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses. ybaji provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from your account dashboard and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits into your ybaji wallet;
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications after 30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from ybaji.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ybaji shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from your use of the Platform, including losses from bets placed or games played;
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical failures, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond ybaji's reasonable control;
• Loss of data, account information, or communications arising from security breaches attributable to your own failure to maintain account security;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment service providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ybaji's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitations are prohibited by law.

14. Suspension and Termination

ybaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is identified or suspected;
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age;
• A valid self-exclusion request has been received;
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require it;
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months.

You may close your ybaji account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

15. Amendments to These Terms

ybaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and will post a notice on the Platform homepage for a minimum of 14 days prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account as described in Section 14.
